Exam systems status

This page displays the alerts, issues and updates which affect ACA and ICAEW CFAB students. Anything currently active will appear in the In Progress section, and anything no longer active will be moved to Resolved. Please make sure to keep checking this page for any ACA or ICAEW CFAB updates.

Learning materials update

We were made aware of an issue with our email provider between 22 August – 27 August meaning anyone who made an ICAEW learning material order during this time, did not receive a confirmation email. This also means anyone who was issued a license, did not receive a link to access their eBooks. This issue was resolved on 27 August around 16:00. Any orders made after this time, should be working as normal. To address the backlog of licenses, we have manually distributed licenses to invited learners. Please expect an email within 24 hours, do check your junk if they are not received. If you are still having issues redeeming your license, please contact our student support team.

September Professional Level exams - System checks

If you are sitting a September Professional Level exam via remote invigilation, you must complete a mandatory system check. If you cannot find the email to complete the system check, please get in touch with the Student Support Team

September Professional Level exams - spellcheck

We have been informed by our suppliers of an issue with the spellcheck function within the exam software. To ensure the best user experience this function has been removed for upcoming September exams. You will not be penalised for errors in spelling and grammar.
