Bindi Palmer is a Partner, Head of Audit (South) at Xeinadin, a Top 20 Firm.
Bindi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and before joining Xeinadin in April 2024, Bindi was Senior Partner at Rouse Partners, where she worked for 18-years. Before that she held positions at mid-tier practices, a secondment in Australia and at PwC, where she worked with a variety of UK and global companies.
In 2016, Bindi was winner of the British Indian Awards for Services to Accounting with judges noting her passion for international business, combined with client support offered through periods of significant regulatory change.
Bindi has experience in group reporting and with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP, FRS 102 and Sarbanes Oxley requirements as well as lead Partner undertaking due diligence assignments on acquisitions.
Over her career, Bindi has advised a wide range of businesses from micro businesses, growing owner-managed businesses to international groups and large corporates.
Bindi is the elected Council member for Thames Valley and also the Vice-President of Thames Valley District Society. She was also a member of ICAEW Thames Valley Technical Committee.
Bindi has also held positions on the Management Board and Governing Council of Praxity, the world's largest alliance of independent accounting firms. She was the first woman to be appointed to the Board of Praxity.
Bindi is a trustee of a mental health charity based in Oxford.
