Quorum and term of office

This section looks at quorum and the Committee term of office.

Each Board and Committee should have a quorum of three unless additional special requirements are set out in its Terms of Reference or constitution and should follow principles below for maximum number of members.

Observers may attend the meeting but only at the consent of the Chair. Observers have no voting rights. If there is equality of votes, the Chair will have a casting vote.
