We are currently inviting applications for ICAEW members to join the network board for Northern Ireland, for terms starting in June 2025.

Whilst we are open to applications from all members working or advising in Northern Ireland, we are particularly keen to hear from:

  • Members working in smaller practices – you will be working in a small or mid-tier practice with a sound knowledge of the nation’s business landscape and the evolving needs of the profession
  • Members working in SMEs – you may be a Finance Manager or Director in an SME operating within one of Northern Ireland’s key economic sectors, including farming & rural / transport & logistics / energy & natural resources / public administration

As a board member, you’ll bring your insight into the profession, the sectors driving the local economy, and identify challenges and opportunities within the local business environment.

You’ll contribute to informing our strategy and shaping initiatives for ICAEW members in Northern Ireland by providing invaluable perspectives on local needs, trends, and the evolving profession & economic landscape.

You can find out more about becoming a volunteer with the network board, and download a copy of the Board member role profile:

If you would like to hear more about the opportunity or to express an interest in making an application, please email Katy Kernohan at katy.kernohan@icaew.com

Applications will remain open until 31 March 2025.
