We are currently inviting applications for ICAEW members to join the network board for Scotland, for terms starting in June 2025.

Whilst we are open to applications from all members working or advising in Scotland, we are particularly keen to hear from:

  • Members working in business – you may be a Finance Manager or Director in an SME or a larger corporate operating within one of Scotland’s key economic sectors.
  • Early-career ACA members – you will have been an ICAEW member for less than 5 years, work in either industry or practice, and passionate about contributing on behalf of fellow ICAEW members at a similar stage of their career.

As a board member, you’ll bring your insight into the profession and the sectors driving the nation’s economy and identify key challenges & opportunities within the local business environment.

You’ll contribute to informing our strategy and shaping initiatives for ICAEW members in Scotland by providing invaluable perspectives on local needs, trends, and the evolving profession & economic landscape.

You can find out more about becoming a volunteer with the network board, and download a copy of the Board member role profile:

If you would like to hear more about the opportunity or to express an interest in making an application, please email David Bond, ICAEW Director for Scotland at david.bond@icaew.com

Applications will remain open until 31 March 2025.
