We are currently inviting applications for ICAEW members to join the network board for Wales, for terms starting in June 2025.

Whilst we are open to applications from all members working or advising in Wales, we are particularly keen to hear from:

  • Members working in practice – you will be working in a small practice or as a sole practitioner, and ideally, be located in North or mid Wales
  • Members working in a mid-sized business; you will be a Finance Manager or Director working in a company operating ideally within the manufacturing sector, with sound knowledge of the nation’s business landscape.

As a board member, you’ll bring your insight into the profession, the sectors driving the nation’s economy, and identify challenges and opportunities within the local business environment.

You’ll contribute to informing our strategy and shaping initiatives for ICAEW members in Wales by providing invaluable perspectives on local needs, trends, and the evolving profession & economic landscape.

You can find out more about becoming a volunteer with the network board, and download a copy of the Board member role profile:

If you would like to hear more about the opportunity or to express an interest in making an application, please email Robert Lloyd Griffiths, ICAEW Director for Wales at robert.lloydgriffiths@icaew.com

Applications will remain open until 31 March 2025.
