About us
The society was formed in 1882 and serves more than 6,000 members in Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and parts of the Black Country. The district society is deeply engaged in the development of the local economy and regards the promotion of the profession – especially among students – as a crucial part of its work. It also acts as a link between the ICAEW in Moorgate Place and members in the district.

Khuram is one of the founding members of DKR and former Chair of the Worcester Group of Chartered Accountants. His belief is that to understand a client and their needs, you need to be able to offer more than a number crunching service.
Linda’s role as regional executive includes administering the activities of the Societies including CPD courses and promoting the brand with the public and other professional organisations.
