Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Birmingham and West Midlands Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on 13th June 2024 at 5pm to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 27th June 2023 as a true and correct record
- To approve the minutes of the previous EGM held on 4th March 2024 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2023
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
