Vandana Saxena OBE is an award-winning, serial entrepreneur, who specializes in building talent ecosystems and creating revolutionary learning experiences to nurture holistic skills needed now and in the future. She is passionate about connecting like-minded people together, then working with them to catalyse growth and lives through her work on alternative value systems as outlined in her TEDx talks.
Although a Chartered Accountant by profession, she has founded and run multiple professional education companies, with her first one sold to then listed company BPP Professional Education. She then founded and ran their international division for seven years before founding (and now exited) Get Through Guides which develops content and training programmes for employees to help them gain skills. She is retained by companies to assist with expansion and talent development through building wide webs of human ecosystems. A mentor to many, she also co-authors books with people or institutes of repute to look at how they have succeeded using values and relationships to nurture business.
Vandana chaired the British Business Group in Pune for many years, which was set up with the support from British High Commission She also works closely with the British Government to foster international trade for the UK. In the Queen’s Birthday Honours list announced on 14th June 2008, Vandana was honoured with an OBE for services to trade and Investment in India – one of the youngest Asian females to be given the honour.
Vandana is a Non – Executive Director on the Indian Board of UK India Business Council and assists on formulating UK Strategy in India. She is also the contact member for the ICAEW in Western India. She was given a scholarship to attend the Duke of Edinburgh’s CSC Leader’s programme and has since become a trustee for the global leadership charity, Common Purpose.

After completing his Article’s in 1967 from M/s Purcell, Rowan & Co, Anil joined M/s Finnie, Ross, Welch & Company, Chartered Accountants in January, 1968 at Ralli House, 31,St. Pauls, London as a finalist and left the company in October, 1969.
Anil was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) in 1969 and became a fellow member on 1st January 1979.
Anil retired recently as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the India Today Group, a Multimedia Group with over 45 years of association. He is instrumental in creating various new generation businesses, spanning across Multimedia, Education, Finance, ecommerce and other business verticals. Presently, Anil is Advisor to the India Today Group, and Independent Director in various companies as well as Partner at Mehra, Singh & Vishwanath, Prop Anil Mehra & Co. Chartered Accountants.
He is also Member, General Committee, Co-Chairman Membership committee and Treasurer during 2011-12, 2012-13 of the Delhi Golf Club as well as past President of Institute of Internal Auditors (Florida) Delhi Chapter.
Currently, Anil is also a Member of the Board of Governors and Chairman of Finance Sub-Committee of his Alma Mater, Bishop Cotton School, Shimla. The founder of the School (Bishop Cotton) is also the founder of Marlborough and Rugby colleges in England. Anil is also a Member of the Board of Governors and a Trustee of Education Today, Promoter of Vasant Valley School, a leading School in Delhi.
