Biography
David Bunce is the Senior Partner of the KPMG organisation in South America, formerly the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Brazil, and is a member of the Management Committee and of the Board of Directors of KPMG Americas.
He is also leader of the Corporate Finance practice in Brazil and in Latin America, in which he has been working since 1985.
His experience in corporate finance across merger and acquisitions advisory work, company valuations, financial restructurings, privatizations, fund-raising and structured finance, in both Latin America and Europe.
He has experience in financial institutions and insurance companies, food and beverage, metallurgy, pulp and paper, petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, transport and mining. His principal specialisation is in the financial services area.
