Biography
Bob Whatley is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pointsmith LP, a point of purchase advertising and related services company located in Houston, Texas.
Bob is a seasoned financial executive with experience in e-comm. business, printing and related advertising services, automotive related manufacturing, oilfield services and pipeline construction. His experience includes high yield debt offerings, private equity transactions, SEC reporting and compliance in both public and family owned business environments. He began his financial career auditing with the London office of Binder Hamlyn and moved to the United States on an international program sponsored by Price Waterhouse.
Prior to joining Pointsmith, Bob served as CFO for Integrated Pipeline Services Inc., and J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. Bob has been a United States citizen for 25 years and is originally from Wales; he graduated from the University of London and worked briefly as a pharmacist and retail manager in the City of London prior to starting a career in finance and accounting.
Bob is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPA’s, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
