Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The South Essex Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on 17 May 2024 at 10:00am to convene for the following business purposes:

  1. To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 24 May 2023 as a true and correct record.
  2. To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2023.
  3. To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
