Please read this important notice about the London Society of Chartered Accountants.

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of London Society of Chartered Accountants will be held on Monday 27 November 2023, commencing at 15:30 and convening in person in the Auditorium at Chartered Accountants’ Hall or for those wishing to attend virtually, via Zoom link, for the following business:

  1. Welcome from the President
  2. Apologies
  3. Introduction and review of background documents & information
  4. To vote on the proposal for the activities and operations of the London Society of Chartered Accountants to move to ICAEW London, a local ICAEW network,
    or to remain as London Society of Chartered Accountants, an independent society, working with ICAEW via a Service Level Agreement;
    or to remain as London Society of Chartered Accountants, an independent society, with no ICAEW support.

The Special General Meeting is open to all ICAEW members allocated to the London Society of Chartered Accountants.

Those members wishing to attend and vote by proxy may do so by completing and signing a proxy form, providing details of their ICAEW membership number for validation purposes, and returning it to londonscaelections@icaew.com by no later than Thursday 23 November 2023 at 17:00.
