Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Northern Society of Chartered Accountants will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stephenson’s Quarter, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3SA on Thursday 20 June 2024 at 18:00 to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 25 May 2023 as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2023
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
