NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ICAEW CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS SOUTH LONDON AND SURREY
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Croydon & District Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually on Wednesday 26 June 2024 at 12 noon to convene for the following business purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on Tuesday 27 June 2023 as a true and correct record
- To approve the minutes of the Special General Meeting held on Tuesday 27 June 2023, following the above-mentioned AGM, as a true and correct record
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2023
- To approve the appointment of Jacques Van Zyl as a trustee of the Society to replace Tom Ahmad who is standing down
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
