Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of South Wales Society of Chartered Accountants will be held virtually at 5pm on 26th June 2024 to convene for the following business purposes:

1. To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 25th May 2023 as a true and correct record
2. To receive the financial statements of the Society for the year ended 31st December 2023
3. To approve the appointment of Catherine Chamberlain as a Trustee of the Society, effective from 9th October 2023
4. To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting:
