- To approve the minutes of the previous AGM held on 19 May 2023 as a true and correct record.
- To receive the financial statements of the Society for the period 1 January 2023 – 31 May 2023 and the period 1 June 2023 - 31st December 2023
- To transact other business that may be properly transacted at the Annual General Meeting
