Terms and conditions for the payment of disciplinary and regulatory fines, costs and orders
Disciplinary fines and costs must be paid even if the individual has resigned from membership before or after the committee hearing.
Payment information
Amounts ordered by committee are due to be paid as described in the committee findings.
The invoice issued may include a summary of committee instructions. If no instructions are included, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Where applicable, instalments must be paid on the due dates as described.
Non payment
Failure to pay fines relating to individuals will result in cessation of ICAEW membership.
Non-payment of an instalment will result in the full amount of the fine, cost recovery or order falling due immediately.
Any amounts overdue will be passed to our solicitors to pursue.
