This four-day intensive programme is tailored for Board Members, Chief Financial Officers (CFO), and Partners in firms. It is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and tools to integrate sustainability into strategies and operations. Through a blend of expert-led discussions and interactive workshops, participants will explore the evolving role of business in addressing urgent global needs and driving sustainability-related innovation and long-term value. The programme provides critical insights into integrating ESG and sustainability considerations into decision-making, emphasising how these practices can mitigate risks and capitalise on emerging opportunities.

    • Understanding the changing global landscape of mandatory reporting (TCFD, ISSB, ESRS, etc)
    • Strategic and compliance implications for boards and executives
    • Climate scenario analysis: enhancing resilience
  • Module 3: Sustainable Finance Leadership
    • Sources of funds: public and private sector sources (e.g. green bonds, sustainability-linked loans), carbon markets
    • Uses of funds: decarbonisation across sectors and jurisdictions
    • Progress to date: funds deployed, GHG emissions reduced/removed
    • Challenges to improving scale and effectiveness of financing decarbonisation
  • Module 4: Leading ESG & Sustainability
    • Systems perspectives on ESG and Sustainability transformation
    • Embedding climate and sustainability in governance structures and business models
    • Perspectives on the roles and responsibilities of directors and senior executives as sustainability increases in importance
