Monetary Policy Committee
The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Bank of England sets the UK base rate. Their website publishes the minutes of its meetings and spreadsheets showing the voting patterns of the Committee back to May 1997.
FT Data Archive
The Financial Times publishes official and market interest rates in its print edition from Monday to Friday. These tables are available from the Data Archive (subscription required) for the last five years. [filter search by 'popular print' and 'FTSE 500, Fixed Incomes, Commodities, Interest rates' ]. Current rates (UK and overseas) are freely available from the bonds section of FT Markets data.
UK Financial Statistics
Former bulletin from the Office for National Statistics showing interest and exchange rates. Ceased publication in 2013 and is now available through the National Archive.
