Simone Taylor-Allkins Technical Advisory Services Manager

Simone started her career in audit and management accountancy, qualifying in a mid-tier firm, before moving to a larger firm post qualification. Simone soon discovered her passion for training accountancy and has enjoyed sharing her knowledge over the years with people within industry, practice and students studying for their ACCA and CIMA qualifications. Outside work, alongside enjoying time with her husband and 2 children, Simone can be found on stage performing with local musical theatre groups.

Naina Dahbi
Naina Dabhi Senior Professional Consultant

Naina qualified and worked within a larger firm in audit and technical. This was followed by various commercial business partnering / financial controller roles in the retail / hospitality sector before starting with ICAEW. Outside of work she is kept busy with 2 young kids, enjoys volunteering at the school and the occasional bit of keep fit!

Cerys Freemantle
Cerys Freemantle Senior Professional Consultant

Cerys had a varied professional background before coming to accountancy giving her a wide range of commercial experience. She trained within a smaller firm before moving to a top 10 firm specialising in audit and quality. Cerys also has experience in industry as a financial accountant in a large entity before joining ICAEW. She enjoys a wide range of activities but can often be found at motor sport events or watching live music.

Tiffany Vessey
Tiffany Vessey Senior Professional Consultant

Tiffany trained in a top 10 firm with experience ranging across various sectors including international corporates, local charities, pension schemes and academies. She then moved into industry progressing to a senior finance role in a large UK company before joining ICAEW. She’s a family lady with 2 children and enjoys CrossFit, the gym and, more recently, running.

Catherine Burnhope
Catherine Burnhope Ethics and AML Consultant

Catherine has enjoyed a number of advisory roles since she joined ICAEW including exams, training, setting up in practice, practising certificates, professional indemnity insurance and practice structure, changes in professional appointments, AML regulations and professional ethics. She also manages the ICAEW Support Members Scheme.

Madeleine qualified in practice and had a varied background before joining ICAEW. She is married with 2 adult children and has enjoyed an active community role with various charities, but with a more limited social life in recent years.

James Harrison-Taylor
James Harrison-Taylor Professional Consultant

James trained and qualified with a mid-tier firm, subsequently moving to the in-house compliance team for a few years focussing on carrying out accounts cold file reviews and providing technical accounting advice to colleagues across the firm, before joining ICAEW. Outside of work he enjoys getting outdoors with his dog, travelling around Europe, and playing boardgames.

Louise Hartley
Louise Hartley Professional Consultant

Louise trained and qualified in audit with a mid-tier firm before moving to the in-house technical team providing audit and financial reporting support for 12 years before joining ICAEW. She has experience with a wide range of industries, as well as pension schemes and FCA regulated entities. Outside of work she enjoys running, weightlifting and watching sport (particularly football, NFL and cricket).

Natalie Jones
Natalie Jones Professional Consultant

Natalie trained and qualified in practice within a mid-tier firm with varied experience working across various service lines. Following this she moved to a larger firm to work in external audit for a wide range of clients from owner managed business’ to listed companies before joining the ICAEW. Natalie is married with a young daughter and enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her family.

Sarah trained and qualified with a smaller firm with a wide range of experience including charities, academies and solicitors, before moving to a top 15 firm focussing on audits of large corporate entities and then joining ICAEW. She is a volunteer motorsport marshall and when not participating, she is usually found spectating motorsport instead!
