Special report - Smarter business planning
Businesses applying for finance under schemes to help them with the coronavirus pandemic are still being asked by banks to provide a business plan. To help businesses write a plan, ICAEW's Business and Management Faculty has made one of its premium content special reports open to all.
Pages 23 to 25 provide a checklist for what to include. The checklist was written for normal times and for broad purposes. But businesses will be able to pare it back to the minimum required by their banks.
