Paul Ryan is the founder of Improve On You and for the last nine years has been teaching presentation Skills and confidence building both length and breadth of the UK and internationally.
The early days were tough and often lonely. Then Paul discovered the power of networking and from that point on everything changed.
By creating lasting relationships and an ecosytem of like minded people who could be relied on for advice and support Paul’s business began to quickly thrive and grow. His faith in networking as a part of business growth led him to write a book on the subject, ‘How To Network your Way To Success'.
Now his client list includes EY, Blenheim Chalcot, Action Coach and ClearScore alongside one to one clients which number, CEOs, Business Owners and cabinet ministers among their ranks.
Paul shared his experiences but most importantly offered key insights and techniques to aid those in his audience to thrive and grow through the simple art of talking to people.
