2025 Charity Digital Skills Report

Author: Zoe Amar FCIM, Founder and Director, Zoe Amar Digital

Published: 31 Mar 2025

Does your charity need support and funding for digital transformation? Are you exploring your next steps with AI? Share your insights in the 2025 Charity Digital Skills Report survey! Your participation will help us map sector wide digital trends and identify where organisations like yours need support.

The Charity Digital Skills Report is the leading independent annual barometer of UK charities' digital skills, attitudes and behaviours. This year's survey tracks the continuing digital transformation of the charity sector, gathering data on skills, support and funding needs, and how charities are adapting to a world being rapidly changed by artificial intelligence.

Report authors Zoe Amar of Zoe Amar Digital and Nissa Ramsay of Think Social Tech, along with partners Catalyst, Microsoft, Torchbox, Lightful and Digital Candle, are working to advocate for the resources and support charities need, including those led by marginalised groups.

Thanks to Zoe Amar Digital, we're offering the chance for five eligible organisations to win £300 in unrestricted funding. Complete the survey and opt in at the end to enter.

The survey closes at midnight on Monday, 28 April 2025, so don't delay! Join the conversation and take the survey here:
