The Faculty also provides a wide range of other services, such as information, guidance, events and media to its members, including its highly regarded magazine, Corporate Financier, and its popular series of best practice guidelines.

Who we are

We have a small team of full-time professionals who support our thousands of members. Our team are supported by our Corporate Finance Faculty Board and Technical committee, who are experienced professionals in corporate finance and are drawn from across the advisory, corporate and investment community.
