There was standing room only in the Members’ Room at Chartered Accountants’ Hall for the Annual General Meeting of the Corporate Finance Faculty on Tuesday 16 May.

Representatives from the members firms received the Annual Review for 2022, presented by the Faculty Chairman, Mo Merali. He was followed to the lectern by David Petrie, who set out the Faculty’s plans for 2022/3.The meeting included a review of the faculty’s work on behalf of its members and ICAEW over the past year.

A presentation was made to Mo Merali, who has served in the role of chairman for five years, in recognition of his years of service to the Corporate Finance Faculty.
