Artificial intelligence in corporate finance

Insights and resources on how AI is being used in corporate finance

Introduction

The Corporate Finance Faculty brings together expert member insights and other resources on how AI could be used. It also details the benefits and risks of using AI in a deals context, as well as the practical considerations as you begin to revolutionise how deals are done.

Using AI to complete deals will improve efficiency and reduce risks through better analysis and insights. These should ultimately lead to fewer investment errors and more successful deals.

While larger advisory and investment firms, with their substantial resources and financial capabilities, are uniquely positioned to refine and optimise their own AI tools, many firms are still in the early stages of their AI journey.

The rapid pace of AI development means that firms are continuously evolving their technological strategies to stay ahead. Eventually they will set a precedent for other firms to follow suit, applying the lessons learnt.
