The Corporate Finance Faculty is the ICAEW’s centre of professional expertise in corporate finance. It contributes to policy development and responds to consultations by international organisations, governments, regulators and other professional bodies.
The Faculty also provides a wide range of other services, such as information, guidance, events and media to its members, including its highly regarded magazine, Corporate Financier, and its popular series of best practice guidelines.

We have a small team of full-time professionals who support our thousands of members.
