Sharon is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor and speaks on all technical topics pertinent to accountants in practice, with a particular interest in business taxation. Sharon joined 20:20 Innovation as Technical Director in January 2022 and enjoys working with members to help them achieve success in their practices.

With 20+ years of experience in innovation and finance, Hannah Keartland, FCA, has an exceptional blend of skills. She's been at the forefront of sustainability, working with charities and for-purpose businesses. She co-founded Impact Pioneers, a select community of business leaders striving to create a meaningful global impact. Hannah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, actively contributing to their Sustainability Committee. She's also completed prestigious post-graduate courses in sustainability, leadership, and finance, including a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.

Julia is extensively involved with the ICAEW as a volunteer and is immediate past President, and a member of the Council. Julia's experience includes working in top 10 and smaller firms of accountants in technical and training roles and for listed companies providing information and training services to accountants. She has experience in specifying software requirements as a subject matter expert and writing content for audit, accounting and anti-money laundering software.

Alex leads the Audit and Assurance Faculty, which produces guidance, technical releases, webinars and other content for members, as well as thought leadership on issues affecting the profession, such as audit and corporate governance reform.

Toy is a practising coaching psychologist with 15+ years experience and a legal background from the City of London. She is a conference speaker on developing the inner complexity and flexibility leaders need, for Embracing Difference, in modern workplaces. Toy is an executive and team coach, trustee, and published author of The Driving Dynamic, Board Performance and Role. She supports senior level and emerging leaders dealing with complex work challenges to achieve their objectives while being authentic.

Building on a successful corporate career in international HR, Jane is an accredited Master Executive Coach with more than 20 years of coaching experience. Taking a brain-based approach, she applies insights from neuroscience to encourage lasting change amongst clients who find themselves in increasingly complex environments. Having lived in Spain for 30 years, Jane is deeply sensitive to multicultural environments. She coaches in Spanish and English.

Simone started her career in audit and management accountancy, qualifying in a mid-tier firm, before moving to a larger firm post qualification. She soon discovered her passion for training accountancy and has enjoyed sharing her knowledge over the years with people within industry, practice and students studying for their ACCA and CIMA qualifications.

Peter Beard, ACA BFP, is the Founder & Director of GenFinance.AI with over eight years of experience in finance and accounting. At Ernst & Young (EY), he managed a range of audits (including FTSE and EURO Stoxx 50-listed), contributing to EY's AI research and leading technology transformation projects. Peter was awarded twice by EY UK, for his "Significant contributions to innovation initiatives" and "Exceptional technical proficiency and quality commitment".
